CITRIS has been carefully positioned and priced to provide resellers with a unique selling proposition to a target-rich market, creating an attractive revenue opportunity for Channel Partners members.
Escalet's commitment is to ensure unwavering support of selected partners that are qualified and motivated to provide expertise and effective solutions for our mutual customers.
Channel Partners are domestic and international VARs, Resellers and System Integrators that provide a wide variety of distribution options for end users. The Channel Partners Program is available to organizations which:
- Provide products or services that add value or are complimentary to the CITRIS product offering.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency, responsiveness to customers and superior service.
- Purchase CITRIS based products and services for resale at reduced cost.
- Use the CITRIS helpdesk system internally. Promote the CITRIS product line and participate in Escalet marketing events.
- Work with Escalet to identify and service strategic accounts for both organizations.
- Cultivate joint customer success stories. Provide opportunities for press releases and joint seminars. Sell no internally developed competing products.
Escalet reserves the right to review the performance and credentials of its Channel Partners applicants and members and to deny acceptance or renewal into the program.
