CITRIS is a feature-rich "ticket" generation and tracking system. Powerful, yet economical, CITRIS provides an efficient means of initiating, tracking and resolving customer inquiries, helpdesk issues, technical support, sales leads and much more. HOSTED VERSION

The hosted version of CITRIS has been designed to provide customers with a powerful, yet economical, web-based ticketing and customer-tracking solution. The system is hosted in a state-of-the-art raised floor environment including redundant, fault-tolerant T-3 connections, high-speed servers, daily back-up, back-up power including diesel generators, 7x24 coverage, and fire coverage. Licensed users of the hosted version of CITRIS are NOT be burdened with local hardware, programming, or SysAdmin and DBA personnel.


PRICING

CITRIS pricing is on a per assignee seat basis. Assignees are the people within your organization who will be assigned tickets to resolve or track issues and not the number of customers or end-users utilizing the system. The initial user (assignee) license includes five (5) seats and all additional assignee seat licenses are sold in five (5) seat increments. Volume discounts, based on a sliding scale, are applied to incremental seat licenses. There are no seat licenses required for end users providing for an unlimited number of end users.

All initial licenses of CITRIS include thirty (30) days of technical support including setup and configuration assistance. Longer term technical support, maintenance and upgrade agreements are available for an additional cost.
